Panno, It is day 3 for you, too? This first week is hell on everybody, but it will pass and you will feel so much better. I am trying to train my thoughts and focus on good, happy things and not let those stinking thoughts lead me down the wrong path. It's hard, but if you try, it feels alot better than beating yourself up all day and looking for excuses to drink. WE CAN CONTROL OUR THOUGHTS! MAKE YOURSELF BE HAPPY AND PEACEFUL!
