Roger...I'm sitting at work visualizing you in Florida in a hole with your head sticking out and your hands outstretched waiting for a sign from God.....I know it's not funny, but it did make me laugh. We all have had our share of down days, haven't we? It seems like this week in particular.....is it possible there is something in the atmosphere? I just checked and Full Moon is not until August 24th....I don't know. But one thing I do know, we are able to better deal with whatever is thrown our way because we are not drinking!! I really hope things turn around for you soon. We all care for you so much!!

WoooHoooo! Bird!! Now come on up, the weather's fine!!! I'm just itching for the trip!!
Talked to Hubs yest about all this (first time I really had his ear!!!) and I can tell (after this long, I should understand him) he's excited in his way about my adventure. My birthday, WTF is he going to say!! :H Really, now he's going to start fixating on all the things he needs done there. (Oh, how well I know that boy!!) Well, I'll figure how to find someone to cut the acre or so around the stream, clean it up. Maybe I can do it meself!! All I need is to take up a lawnmower, of which we own 3. So, just want this to be right and fine for everyone. As I've told Bird, my neighbor owns 2 miles upstream, and offers it to me with no conditions. So, bring your fishing gear, I'll have it all set, and we'll sing 'KumbaYa, my lord', by the bonfire!! I'm really getting itchy!!

Oh everyone - I am just in from work - Rog, I do hope that you start feeling better - I am sending lorry loads of healing thoughts your way - also to you Vicki - and what is with you Grateful - I didn't know that you were feeling unwell too? Gosh I am so sorry all of you - please get better soon! MB is exhausted, Ruby too - I don't like that none of you feel well. My foot hurts but that could be 'cos I haven't used my crutch for the past couple of days (don't shout that loud Ruby it hurts my ears!!). I did use it today.

I am feeling SO envious of you all planning and talking about the trip - Ruby, I just cannot call in sick to work - I can't lie, and also even if I could, couldn't do it to them at work - they are a good bunch, and there are not enough managers to cover if I called in. It just wouldn't be right. Nice thought but definitely a no-no. I WILL come next year - as long as I know when it will be I can put in for leave ahead of time.

Bird - that is wonderful about your win! Go You!!! Panno - I feel for you with the flight prices - I try to come to UK each year to see my mum and every year I sit and troll through the prices - I already have my ticket for next Jan though - gave up my seat last year and got a freebie round ticket!!!! (AND I got put on the next flight too - albeit to Manchester instead of London but that was okay - LOL). Want to meet in London next end of Jan/beginning of Feb??? Just a thought...
