    OK, fed all the creatures, including Hubs! :H He's stuffed with beef roast, creamed corn, bakedd white and sweet potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and Vidalia onion slices. Now how to do the dishes! Then, other chores, before TRUE BLOOD!

      Day nine under my belt. I had some fleeting cravings but nothing I couldn't handle. Now I am watching SHutter Island with my husband and stepdaughter and enjoying it. Normally, I'd be sneaking off to the bedroom to suck down some wine on the sneak and then falling asleep before the movie ended. It's a happy day for me!

        A REAL BIG WELCOM jodiex you will find everythinng you need right here I have not been hear long but the love,caring and respect you find here is unmatched everyone of us is working to be AF. The best things I find is you can say vent or cry and everyone will help and many people here have helped me beyound my wildest imaganition. I think it was Ruby that nominated me to be the local Health Drector so you know we all have a sence of humor. We all can laugh at ourself and know that we all care. So if there is anything I can do for you or help you gust ask. Hay sunshine thanks to you and all for your vote of confidence. I really learned a lot about myself!!!!!! Everyone get a good nights sleep and Sunshine I will pray for you for the foot Dr. hope you up and ablut soon!!!!

              Welcome Jodie. Keep on coming back!! Great job Biz and Phoenix. For me and drinking, having only one sure was a lonely number and never was lonely for very long!! Hey Ruby--Do you ever just order pizza? My guess is probably not, but I bet you make the best homemade pizza one has ever tasted ;-) Decided to walk again today as foot is not feeling well. Went over six miles this time (not trying to make you feel bad Sun as you recover)--and did manage to grab a sunburn with it. My fault. Never had a tan in my life. Time to bring in the bedding as the sun appears to almost be done for the day.

                    Hey all - Biz - you sound so good!!! You must have had a good weekend. Phoenix - glad that you are with us - day 9 is awesome. It does feel good eh? Biz - thanks for the prayers for the foot - I see the Ortho doc tomorrow and it cannot come soon enough for me - at least then I can have a PLAN. And we all know how important having a plan is don't we ? LOL

                    Vicki - hope you are doing well - how is the pain going and the meds? I think is is good that the neighbours didn't come over again. I did go out and do a little weeding - baggie on my foot, it felt good to get out. But it was sticky out there. I also have a few plants with little stick up candle type peppers that I didn't plant - well, I don't remember planting them - Vicki or Rubes - any idea what they are? I was hoping for more peppers but not these!

                    MB - are you feeling better today? It is awful when we feel down - and I really feel for you. Hopefully you will feel better soon? Do you think it might be the Bac? How are you doing with the AL? I do hope things improve for you.

                    Ruby my friend - thank you for your support. You really are here for us all and it is a good feeling - and a good place to be.

                    Maslow - I am fine with you talking about walking LOL. I just get cross when i can't be my usual active bouncy self. For me to be slowed down in any way drives me insane - I am hoping tomorrow there will be a magic wand waved over my foot and all will be fine! But I will find a way to drive after tomorrow once I know what is happening!!

                    I am going to go and do some dishes and then probably get ready for bed - love and hugs to you all, have a good evening. God Bless too!

                      Way past my bednight time, but just wanted to pop in and say good night, hope all you Trubies enjoyed tonight's True Blood. Trying to plan my day tomorrow. Oh, BTW, Hubs now has a duck. Yes, I didn't mistype, a duck. The house we took over Saturday and he's working on has a duck there (the tenant said as she was leaving he just showed up), and Hubs went today and bought him a big tub to splash in and food. It's making friends with his dog, Sadie. He REALLY likes this stupid duck!!:H

                          Thanks, everyone for the warm welcome. It means the world to me. I have been alone in my sobriety journey (not even hubby or BFF know) so it's nice to have a place to land.

                          I went to the gym this morning. Sure is easier to get up at 5:15 without the hangover/dehydration. I am still 8 pounds up, mainly I think from the Bac. I thought I'd lose some after a week AF but I think I am eating more because heck, I am not getting all those calories from the AL, so I may as well have supper (I used to not eat supper if I was drinking). So, day 10 for me. Double digits. I am so blessed and amazed. I just want to give God a big ol' hug! :h And y'all, too. :l

                              Good morning to all - way to go Phoenix on double digits! And going to the gym at 5.15- I remember when i did that! LOL You are not alone any more in this - we are a great family and welcome to it.

                              Ruby - loved the pic of the ducks - took me a minute to work out what it was - but the duck that you have is sort of ugly - I am sure it's mum loves it though. Hope you are doing well this morning. I did smile at hubs getting a big tub and food - someone after my own heart.

                              Vicki - how are you - and MB too. Grateful and Goldie? T - what is your next project?? Bizman - once again, thanks for the prayers - my foot isn't as painful today which i am hoping is 'cos it is healing VERY quickly and I won't need a cast (yeah right). IAD - hope that you find something to do - I have plenty to do outside if you would like to pop by later.......no rain here. Maslow - you sound like me with the sun - I go differing shades of red - deep red with blisters or pale red. My legs dazzle everyone by their brightness!! Jodie - how are you doing today??

                                I am thinking the bac is throwing me foe a loop...I CANNOT stay awake and it is making me crazy.....I am soooo tired and draggy and feel like a zombie...
                                I am sorry family...all I have done lately is cry and whine...I am working hard on getting back to my chipper self, but it's a struggle these days
                                Biz and Phoenix..I am soo proud of you..I think I am on day 7
                                oh well...at work with toothpicks under my eyelids...gonna eat and take my vitamins and see if perk up...
