        Ok, I'm back, posted a new thread so everyone would know where and what has been going on.....I absolutely have to do this this time! Not feeling too great today, drinking San Pellingrino, and Tazo tea, but pretty shaky.....I know better too....hubby is really worried, so I have to take care of this problem so he won't be concerned, and I'll be ok.....enough of this is enough! Done it before, will do it again, day 1 again! Love you all, have missed you all, know better than to stray away from here too! Thanks for the support.....Bird great to see you back too! Are you still not drinking? You've done great, if so, how long AF now??? Ruby, great to see you too, all of you, love you all!

          Toughintexas, so nice to meet you. I love your signature! Welcome back and hope you will stick around. We got a lot of newbies here and then the experienced, encouraging ones and then those of us who are STUPID that go a month or two and then drink and have to start all over again. Frankly, I'm getting tired of going around that mountain, I am ready to get to the top! MB, I am so happy you are going to taper down on that medicine! I hope everyone is having a good day!             Thanks, don't worry, I'm a senior stupid member....lol....I've been here forever, its just been a really, really, bad 18 mos. for me, and I let it throw me under the bus! I remember you tho!

                            Gosh - SO many posts! Tough - great to see you here, we have talked before - a long time ago in chat! Great to see you here. Vicki - pleased that you are feeling a little better - but please don't overdo - take things easy and be kind to yourself. Ruby - golly you are feeling very philosophical today - lots of thinking going on. I shall have to have a long think about your post before I comment on it. Need to get my head around it. MB - glad that you have stopped the bac - can you do that though??? I mean - you said that you did - is that safe - I thought you were supposed to cut down? I hope that you feel better. I know that you are tough, but everyone needs some TLC!!

                            IAD, T - good to hear from both of you too. Grateful and Goldie - where are both of you? Bizman - hope that your day went well. How are you feeling? When do you go on holiday? Jodie, Phoenix - hope that you are both doing well too.

                            I went to my Ortho appt today and have good news - my breaks are good clean breaks - no surgery, and I have been put in an aircast - which hurts!! The splint didn't. However, I can drive with the aircast on. I can also take it off for showers. I am off work til Monday and am supposed to use the crutches as well - and when i get back to work, rest it as and when I need to. I am glad that I know what is what now - I didn't like the not knowing!!

                            Felt like having a drink when i got back - but didn't. Wonder if this is 'cos I am off the Topa, and I don't like all this? Just an excuse I know - we are all having our own crosses to bear. I think I might just have an early night. Love and hugs to you all,
