      OK everyone you local Health Director here hope everyone had a good day MB and Sunshine don't let the little bumps bring you down I to have had a bump I think of it as a minor set back because I had one drink last week. Before I got here and had all your love and suport I could have easely had 3 4 5 drinks not now I started my journy as did we all and I thank you and GOD that I had just one so sunshine you are not starting all over again as you said just a blip and you learned somthing just as we all learn from our blimps or bumps. Hay nobody said it would be easey I takse guts, support, love ,care and most of all prayer. so come on Peps let us shift grears and keep on trucking towards our common goal to live life to the fullest and AF. Will keep everyone in my prayers tonight at church.

                            Where is everyone else this evening? I talked to BOB (Big Older Brother)and he was understanding - surprised me - maybe BOB's can be nice sometimes LOL. Anyway, he said pretty much what everyone else has said, so i am stopping beating myself up about it - one thing he did ask me "Did you enjoy the Guinness?" and I had to answer honestly - No. I would rather have had a Cadbury Fruit and Nut chocolate bar. SO - I know what I will be getting in! I love my Cad Fruit and Nut!!
