      Good morning, Tony. I've been awake and my 2 roosters are here-not on vacation. I just fed them and they were thankful. Well, my son came home on time and all is well. I have been thru this before with my 2 older kids...but somehow it seems different this time. I think I am more aware of how many accidents there are with young drivers and it seems like my older kids (30 & 27) seemed to always know how to drive - it was different back then. I remember that their grandmother (Dad's side) used to put them on her lap and let them drive.....oh how I hated that!!!! Anyway, he made it home safely and I thanked him for getting home on time. Oh-and I thanked God too!!

      Vicki-hope you slept well and had a pain-free night...and hope you checked out Miguel's pics so you can see what we are talking about!!

      Sunny-I hope you have a great day and that you are feeling better...remember, don't overdo it!!

      Phoenix-sorry I can't help you with the watermelons - but I agree that maybe the heat this summer is just too much. My zucchini plants stopped producing and usually I have way too many zucchini!

      MB-glad you hooked up with your friends and good for you for only have 2 beers. Sounds like you have more control over the beast.

      Ruby-I hope you feel better today....I have been to the dentist 3 times in the past month - I am paying for not going for years and years. I now have gum disease and it is so painful when they are digging the crap out of my gums! Still have 1 more side of my mouth to do!

      Rog-Hope you are also feeling better today and if not - just kick back and relax...you work so hard you deserve some time for you.

      Okay, gang. Off to get ready for work..last time this week. Tomorrow I have to leave by 6am to get to the beach for the baby parade on the boardwalk. I'm not looking forward to driving there by myself....but I will do it!

        Morning, everyone else. Yes, very good night's sleep. In bed earlier, no dramas, (Hus fell asleep right after the big dinner I made him to, Vick. No Romance!!:H)

        Would SOMEONE just tell me who this Miguel guy is??? I'm actually not that impressed with him. I'm more the strong, tall, silent type. (Hmmm, think that's why I'm married 40 years to Hubs??)

        Grateful, those are very hard nights for a momma. Been there. Just be loving and consistent. I'm 58. Sorry if I missed returning your PM.

        Really love our family. Would love to think of us all sitting around a campfire. Maybe even hold hands and sing Kumbaya! Everyone, please check in. Mas, we miss you!

        I'll be checking in less for a while. Spending too much time stopping by here I think. But I love having this connection. I wouldn't say I'm lonely, but definitely isolated.

        Jack said he didn't learn enough, has to go back to school again. Grandma brag minute: All my grands are now in accelerated programs. We didn't have that when I was young, but it's important for their little sponge minds to be exposed to as much as possible at their age. Just don't want too much pressure on them. Childhood is supposed to be fun too, and we makes sure they have it.

                hi family...
                mama home feeling puny...slept like a baby until 3 am when i woke up with a big,nasty panic attack..had to wake up papa to calm me down. Those are so scary. I took a klonopin and now i am groggy and listless.....I guess my subconcious is working even when i am asleep

                  MB, all things seem worse in the middle of the night. Don't know why, but they do. I've had those times, and even Hubs talks about waking up and thinking about problems. It's awful. I'd finally get sleepy when it was time to get up.

                  Look, I heard something recently that makes sense. Doesn't make life easier, but still, think about it. If we have a problem we can fix, then fix it, and don't worry about it. If we can't fix it, it's a waste of time to worry about it, because that WON'T fix it. I know, easier said than done, but use whatever tricks it takes to get your mind of it and sleep. Fell better, love.

                    Good morning, my precious family! What a long night I had. I got up at 3:30 yesterday morning, but couldn't go to sleep last night for nothing. Went to chat, where were all of you? In bed, I guess. I finally went to bed at midnight and woke up in terrible pain at 3:00 AGAIN! MB, you should have called me! I made coffee and ended up spilling the whole pot because I couldn't hold it, so I was pretty disgusted cleaning up all that sticky mess on my new kitchen floor, so I took 1/2 pain pill and went back to sleep for 3 more hours. Still tired, but going to have a good day, whether my body cooperates or not! Roger, sounds like you need lots more rest so you can feel better! Phoenix, so sorry about your watermelons. I wish I could share mine with you. Grateful, please be so careful tomorrow and you straighten Biz out. I know you will have a wonderful time watching Addison in the baby parade. Hey, Rusty, where you been? Well, I'm with you, Ruby, not too impressed with Miguel. I too, was so lonely and isolated before I found this site. Now I have more friends here than I have ever had and I love it! I'm addicted to this site and spending, according to Paul, 50% of my day here, but it is good for me so, Oh, well. I hope your mouth feels better today, Ruby, Grateful and New Creation. I love you all and hope you have a great day! Love, Vicki

                      thanks Mimzy...i am very out of sorts right now...feeling overwhelmed and crying....but this too shall pass...i have really given all this crap to God, but I sure wish he would make a faster decision!!!!!

                        sorry no doc's or hospital for this young man ...hell i sended sue on her marry way for her doc appts .. i wasnt about to just sit there in the waiting rooms for four and three hours today so im home without a car ..which is fine with me today just going to kick back and relax .. love and hugs keep it going

                            Last night was one of the few I didn't go to chat. So sorry I missed you! Hope to be ther tonight. Wish everyone would try to drop by sometimes.
                            Making phone calls about business. Hubs say's 'No Pity' for the guy we got the judgement on, especially after there is damage to the house. But I have a very nice one next door with a big yard, lots of trees, end of a country road and complete quiet for rent. $675, or be my slave! :H
