Hay everyone I'm back and had a blast with the family best vacation in many years did so many things with the kids and they were so happy to have there Dad back Ruby Roger tony Vickie MB miss you all had a great time with Greatfull fell in love with her grand doughter long time since I held or rocked and A little baby!!!!!! Ha..... That new baby smell!!! Panno I to am addicted to the WWII When I have money I love to chase the south Pacific I have been on all 28 major ship wreaks of the Japs climed through there tunnells on Monen, Guatacanell and Guam, Yap Vanawatu and I am going to pellalu BKatoll next year. Well all is well and now its time to find some money. Good or make that great to be back!!! Michael

well just had a great day with luke out on the canoe .. yes it can handle two people and the trolling motor and battery and gear.. did very nicely and we just did a round about trip and it was nice and peaceful and went fishing for alittle and yes caught puffer fish and one fish that i got a pic of and will be posting this monster looking thing .. soon .. have a great day everyone .. stay strong and keep shifting forward

Oh, Biz, you're GLOWING with what you accomplished. You made a fabulous memory for your children, one they will remember when you are gone. Isn't it wonderful!!! I'm getting chills here thinking about it. Thank you for sharing your experience, because this is what it's about!!! SO happy!!!

Hallo everyone - T, those are some UGLY looking fish! Now, having got that off my chest - BIZ - welcome back! we missed you but it sounds as if you had a wonderful time. How are you doing?

Panno - thank you for posting that wonderful picture - that is just so sweet - could they see if it was a boy or a girl - the ultrasound pics these days are just amazing aren't they? In my day, they had to actually mark which bit was what /cos you couldn't tell by looking!

MB - so please the R finally arrived - I am cross though for the time it took! So much for expedited delivery!! Hope it helps.

I didn 't have time to post this morning before I left for work - Maggie decided she needed to go outside at 3.30a.m. - just as a storm started = then looked out and decided she really didn't need to go after all. but of course, she really DID need to, so we played this game for an hour and a half - I couldn't get her out without me getting soaked as well, especially on one foot, so we played silly buggers until she REALLY had to go! I don't remember turning my alarm off but woke at 10 past 6 and have to leave at 20 to 7. Hate having to rush - but I hate being late even more. I am never late - well, was ONCE in 15 years 'cos I took a Tylenol PM the night before. Sorry - I waffle sometimes. Anyway I am HERE NOW.

T - you sound as if you had a great day with Luke, I am so pleased that he knew how much work you put into the canoe and was suitably proud of you. That is so great!

Oh - MB - Maggie can't get up on the bed 'cos of her hips so we have no trouble with her making nasty smells in bed! LOL Oh and something wonderful - today - today, is the first day that I have felt back to normal! I have had my usual energy - I haven't felt wiped out and tired - it felt SO GOOD!!!!!!! I don't know why I have been feeling like it - but I just felt good. I can't believe the accident has made me feel like that for this long but it feels really good to feel normal again. Yeah - go me!

IAD - hope you survived the family thing - I always used to have to work on the days those things were on - darn schedule always fell that way - just one of those things I guess....until they said "hey now you are management isn't it about time you can actually REQUEST off those times?" oops - caught!!

Anyway people - I am going to get something to eat - back later probably. Hi to everyone. Grateful - Goldie where are you?? Vicki is not around. Hi Bird. Hot today for cycling wasn't it? Back sometime soon. Hugs to all,

I get it that many of you have been here for a while (years it seems) but what's a gal to do who is new and thinking of change and moderation or totall abstinence...where do I look on this site for help.
