goood Morning Rog and rubs. Ha I know that feeling of going to bed and staring at the fan for hours and not able to get up in the morning!!!!! I use Melatonin and it helps I am sure you tried it. Well hot and humid today hope it rains. Guys we got to pray for vickie had long talk with her yesterday and she has some real tough issues to deal with and they are not all AL. So I am asking all within our family to pray for her and hope here situation gets better. you will not be seeing posts from here however she will keep in touch. Everyone have a great day.

I have to confess Mama I am fed up with going to the doctors - feel like I should have a season ticket!! And to be honest everytime I go I know deep down all my problems are from the bottle of wine the night before.... it is so embarrasing!! When they last did a test for my AD's they went through the questionnaires (not sure if thats how your docs do it) and she looked at me and said well I will let you have 10mg because according to the test is sounds like its the AL thats dragging you down etc etc

Good Morning all - first of all - lots of prayers for Vicki. She is going through so much. Panno - you sound as if you are going through a rough patch - come here and post when that happens - don't just lurk - I came and posted and everyone is SO wonderful - it doesn't matter what the problem is - that is what families are for. Figs are starting to come in, so I've been a-pickin. Have just about enough for a batch of jam. MMMMmm, lucky cabin guests!! My hot buttered biscuits with jam, or sausage and cheese, or gravy and tomatoes, or one of each! No lunch necessary! Am I tempting a few more to try for our Columbus Day meeting? It's a day's drive from almost any of you, and I promise, the food alone is worth it. But it's also ALMOST high season, maybe 2 weeks from peak, in the area. Vick's gonna be there if I have to go kidnap her!
Hubs is on an outtage, of course, but I'm going to give him an ultimatum that I get ONE day with him putting his face in there! Time for everyone to meet the mystery man who holds my heart.
Gradually gaining speed on my day here, the way it usually is for me. Slow start, then Katy bar the door! Hubs is the opposite, which causes some angst. :H
Think about it, Peeps! This meet-up is my birthday present to me, and at my age, you don't want to disappoint me!

Good morning, my dear sweet family. I am so thankful to have internet this morning! I was out most of the last 2 days and it was horrible, but I was so thankful to have friends to call, even though my long distance bill is going to be outragious! Hubby worked in the shop all afternoon and I was thinking how perfect the timing would be to get on the site, but maybe God was trying to get my attention. So I will do better at having more balance in my life. I cannot neglect my hubby or the house. BTW, it is absolutely spotless today! I worked non stop all day yesterday and now I cannot stand up because my legs hurt so bad! Hubby and I actually talked last night (that's why I couldn't talk, MB) and I am TOO passionate about too many things and I should put him over anyone or anything, he says. I need to be more thoughtful and considerate of him. Anyways, today is my 10th AF day! Even when I thought he didn't love me anymore and wanted a break from me, I did not even consider drinking. PTL! I love you all so much and hope you have a wonderful day! Thank you for caring so much about me and for your prayers! Love ya, Vicki

Vicki-congratulations on your 10 days AF!! That is awesome especially with what you have been going thru. You do what you have to do to keep your marriage alive - but don't let anybody take advantage of you or try to control you, okay? You are such a sweet person. Of course we all care for you and you are always in my prayers. I hope you can get some rest today since you worked your butt off yesterday.
