    I've decided that men are just masters at conserving energy. Step son (21) is living with us this summer so I have 2 of them around.

    Case in point: 2 gallons of milk in fridge. Full gallon is in front of gallon with 1/2 inch in bottom. It takes too much energy to remove the full gallon to get to the almost empty gallon apparently.

    Also, I had never heard of a "power snot" before. I wish someone would have clued me in before I picked it out of the sink with my fingernail after it hardened into a rock. :yuk:

    Oh, and now that there are two of them, it's suddenly acceptable to put the ice cube tray back in the freezer with one lonely cube in the tray. Hm.

                Thanks everyone for all your sugestions Greatfull had to show me where you all posted your ideas good thing we work together somtime I think I work for her, she has the brains!!!!! Anyway after reading they are all great ideas and will probibly use them all. Sunshine it came today your will get there next week as I needed to get somthing for it???? everyone have a great night.

                  I'm Ba-ck - Vicki - if you look at post #1076, you will notice that I did indeed comment on your jokes!!!! Biz - I am pleased that it arrived! Loved all the comments about men in the kitchen - a comedienne called Rita Rudner did a sketch years ago and apparently men can never find stuff in the fridge -all you have to do when they are looking is to tell them "It is behind the milk" 'cos they NEVER look there!! She was SO funny. I only ever saw the one but she had me in tears! I would like you all to stop talking about the trip please 'cos I won't be there. Thank you.

                  The carpet men finally arrived. the window when they were coming was supposed to be between noon and 2 - they got here at 3.45!! Granted - their office called at 2.10 and said they would be late (really??) and said it would be nearer 3.00 !!!

                  Oh - and I have to whisper this very quietly 'cos if I say it too loudly the wrong whatever might hear and it all might go pear shaped - but I think the Topa might be kicking in! the cravings are not as bad today!!! SSShhhhhhhh, but Yeah!!!!

                        I still crack up when I think about MB's post about laying all her guys' skidmarked underwear in a line on the floor where they couldn't miss it! She said they just laughed and stepped over it! :H When Hubs get uppity with me, I remind him I wash HIS underwear! :H Men! can't live with them, can't kill 'em

                        Oh, and PR, Hubs will stand in front of the open refrigerator and ask 'Where's the milk?' I tell him I've started keeping it in his sock drawer.
