In answer to your question it is like itunes but you dont purchase and cant download the music to your desktop. There is a free version with adverts and a subs one without. You have playlists with it keeps for you. Great for listening at home and trying out a whole album before you buy the CD. Here is a link

Wob has asked me for help!! He REALLY wants to give up the booze and seems serious this time. He wants to journal from today about how he feels and start counting the days..(still in total shock). I will help him all I can but may need to lean on you guys for support.
He is fine all week but the weekends are his downfall and the funny thing is, he hates drinking and beats himself up all week over giving in only to do it again..we all know the drill.
So back to the toolbox for me to get some ideas for him.
