KTAB, thanks we are looking round and there are other properties, in fact a better one (needs decorating unlike the other one) has just come up and we are viewing at the weekend .

Morning Mario, JC I can tell you the answer to that, whatever the seller can get someone to pay. Its the same here, no one, even the so called experts have an idea of realistic prices, they are all over the place.

I didn't even know they were playing.
I'm losing interest in the footy to be honest, as long as they get the better of Rangers of course. I don't see much hope for anything outside the domestic scene this season for either of them. The lesser European teams have improved a lot in the last wee while and the Scottish ones have gone backwards. No big names want to come here except for a last big pay day before retiring and I don't blame them. The leagues rubbish.

Really must go now. I feel my arse stiffening up as I speak.
