Hello Starty, Jan & Mario

Looks like its going to be a beautiful day in Cape Town. 23C expected, going up to 24 tomorrow. We can actually do with more winter rain so that the dam levels can rise, but it does one good to go outside every now and again and enjoy sunshine and blue skies.

Staying busy is a good thing Starty. But watch out that you don't overdo it. Try and keep "relaxed busy" if you know what I mean?

Jan, are you feeling better this morning?

Thx Tiggs, am feeling not so bad at the moment, I took two horse strength sleeping tabs, one after I left last night, then another at 1am..
was still in agony and could do nothing to make it stop...
I wonder if the heat doesn't help..
logically I suppose it doesn't coz of blood preasure is up, so affecting the circulation
anyway got doc this morn at 9:55 hopefully can give me a different painkiller jab, coz the one I've been having these last few morns doesn't seem to have any effect anymore.....

Hiya Starty, Jan was in a lot of pain last night with a hernia. I took the dogs out to the forest with my son yesterday tea time for a couple of miles and was followed by a swam of flies for the entire walk, very strange but annoying. And before you say it, yes I did shower in the morning.
