It goes into muscle spasm from time to time. I was just turning around when it happened. Will be a nuisance for few days now. Yoga is on my to try list but no money to spare these days for classes.

Yes I love it Zen, certainly dont miss the Glasgow weather! I do miss lots about the Uk though but luckily I get over to London a few times a year for my fix...

ktab, come and have a go on my miggy.... oops jiggy machine. having said that it hasnt done me much good lately... did i mention i have a bad back.... oo poor pitiful me..... even yoga stuff not sorting me out. i need to see the doc soon as the longer it goes on the more diagnoses i make on the internet.. osteaopath on thurs.... should help a bit... o dear am i going on about me me me.. ah well i love wallowing in my pain pity party
