If you can, start tapering down on the drinks. BAC is more effective when you don't drink. I'm sure you have done your research, but make sure that you gradually increase your doses. Side effects can be horrible if you titrate too fast. Exercise and eat a low carb, high protein diet. Keep posting your progress.
