I've no idea what you are all on about, right now.
I'm a bit confused about what my bit of this MWO is about now.
Having a bad night. Reading a lot of Charles Dickens and doing lots of writing. Anything to take my mind off drink.
Just been for a walk.
Had enough in my pocket for one can of mega cider. Bought it.

Maybe you should try for some topical reading. "Dear American Airlines" by Jonathan Miles; "Lit" by Mary Carr ("numb hell" is how she sums it alcoholism, pretty succinct to me; MC also happens to be a poet I enjoy); "A drinking life" by Peter Hamill.

I work alone a lot as well. I don't find that to be a particularly good thing for me. So I pack up my laptop and notes and head to the library to work. Most have wifi. Company, bustle, and life.

I'm doing OK going cold turkey, but suddenly felt like a ton of loonies had come in to my house. They all know each other, and I was a stranger. I'm OK with that once I get the idea. Just not quite what I expected.
I'm still sat looking at that can of cider. We are staring each other out!!
I can't wait for my Baclofen to come.
