Hi Chillgirl. I'm doing that finger thing like mad right now. It's almost exactly the same size as a bottle of beer but without the bottle of beer. Or sherry, or wine, or port. Or anything.
Bit tough tonight, but I did ditch the can of cider thanks to you lot.

If you feel anxious try some breathing exercises, I find this one helps me.....
Breath in and hold for the count of 4, then breath out counting 1,2,3,4
Then pause for the count of 4 before repeating it, even if you just do ten it should make you feel I bit calmer

oh yum! I love yorkshire pudding and my mum used to do a mean one.

I'm not much of a beef eater, so haven't made one for ages.

You see chillgirl, I'm an obsessive collector. I've got everything. Hundreds of jars of herbs and spices and stuff. Larder freezers full of basics. And cooking is what I do to stop me going mad. I just haven't got anybody to cook for right now.
I could probably make you anything you wanted (near enough) just with what I have in all the time.
I even catered my sister's 40th birthday.
It's who I am in the end.

Just a smidge of honey in the self-raising flour batter. Add a tiddly bit of cornstarch. And you must use vege oil, not lard or anything like that.

Stick in a blob of ice cream into them hot and you're a god or goddess!!
