Had to take a tenant to court today. Awful! Everything went my way, so why do I feel guilty?? He practically called me a liar, but had NOT ONE piece of documentation. Felt like I was the one on trial. I had proof of everything, and the judge didn't buy his 'I put the cash in the box' routine. I tried to talk to him later, don't want to have to go to ANOTHER court to garnish his wages, but don't expect to get it any other way. And we're not talking chump change here. Almost $4500.sigpic
