      INDY DO IT. Try the topa again, perhaps to get you to a goal. If the SE's become too unbearable, taper off. Maybe the AF time with the topa can become sustainable time going forward w/o meds but with supps alone. It is ALL worth the effort.
      Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. Inside of a dog its too dark to read

        Indy, I did that a lot in the beginning. Hang in there and you will finally get there. If the Topa doesn't work for you (I couldn't handle the SE's) would you consider balcofen?
