Just to Leeds, Jan. But you know us Geordies we think the end of the garden is abroad.
Going to look at his flat share tomorrow. They did the round trip in under 6 hours.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Good evening Ladies... thank goodness someone is guarding the barracks...

Jackie - hope you're not getting too stressed out about this. When my guys went to the army for their year stretch I worried a lot. They were really far away at one point. Didn't like it at all. Leeds is not so far from you tho' so you can always pop up there with the bus if you feel the need.

Jan - what did the doctor say about your hernia. I haven't had a chance to read all the posts so I don't know if you wrote anything...

no got him one more night, but he's taking his big TV with him so we've got to go back to one made in the last century. Hang on I'll see if I've still got a photo of it with the boy Tigger.

Ollie was used to a big flat scren in the centre and moaned at mine at first, but doesn't say too much anymore, omly when we get the flyers in the post box advertising them..!!

I would have taken Tigger to a TV shop and pretended rather than show our old grey one. Absolutely no dosh for us to get a new one. It's nearly as bad as those old one's you had to switch on 20 mins before you could watch it.

Jackie - have you really eaten "steak tartare"? I've only ever seen it in a sketch done by Mr. Bean and he stuffed bits of it all over the place so as not to eat it. What the heck did it taste like and why in dawg's name would you eat raw hamburger with a raw egg perched on top of it??? Bleck and double bleck...:eeew::yukko:

                              went to specialist yesterday,
he said it is a lumbar sciatica and possibly a herniated one..
he sent me for an MRI..
but get this..it will be in about 6 to 8 months time..
and my appt to see him with the results is next april...!!2011

have got some new painkillers opiad base..I don't care about the concern with taking them, if they work even just a little bit am gonna take them like smarties..

got a new appt with my doc on tuesday an gonna ask her if she can send me urgent to the specialist again, then he will send me urgent for the MRI...so should get it in 6 weeks time..
I can't afford to go private but that is really the best thing I should do...

Aww, Jan that is crap. I had sciatica when I was pregant with the son and heir. The pain was worse than the labour. Luckily it was just him lying on the nerve.

Yep I've eaten steak tartare in gay Paris. And yes it was puke worthy even with gallon of Chateau Neuf de Poop I had with it.
