morning all. ive had 2 days under the duvet licking my wounds.... time to get up. on the plus side i havent smoked for 2 days. maybe i can keep it up... will need a bit of routine change. jan i cant imagine how you are feeling. im having back probs and its driving me insane. yours is in a different league so god knows how you must be feeling. i do hope you can get an appointment sooner. ktab hows your back doing.... what a load of old crocks we are

Sorry to hear you are feeling wanky...I was like that for the past two days....but I feel fantastic today. Sheri's assignments are helping me so much.

You dont need me to tell you I am sure, but he needs to make the running himself. I reckon personally if I felt I was being lead in a certain direction it could be an excuse to go off on one, if you get my drift?
