Does anyone know Consumer Rights?

Hey guys,

Just throwing this out there in case anyone can help me. It is a 2007 model

Wob's car. He bought it from a dealer and it is still under warranty.

It has failed TWICE and the garage has fixed it twice only for it to fail again. It is back with the garage now. This is the third time.

Does anyone know how many chances the garage have to fix it before they have to replace it?? Rob has completely lost confidence in it.

I would be grateful for any feedback!
