      right, first thing when i start on thursday, ill sit down and get my contract sorted out.... ho hum.... employee of the month, thats me! did i tell you its a whole 10 hours a week, how will i fit it all in

          Have to fess up myself Spuds and fellow army threaders.. i did have wine last night..no real reason or excuse..it was there and i opened it. Feel like shite now and felt like i'd been run over by a bus when i woke up this morning. I'm in on the 100 days thread, need the motivation and more importantly the accountability

          I will get this monkey off my back..i wonder if its the same one that led poor Tigger astray

              Nothing else tempts me but wine and with my friends & neighbours my name goes hand in hand with it so every time i get a pressie off one, guess what its usually wine..looked after a neighbours kitten the last few days and that's what they dropped up yesterday evening to say thanks..not just one bottle but 2, guess they knew the one wouldn't be enough:argh:

                  Bottle that feeling Bandy (pardon the pun).

                  I honestly think there is NOTHING on the earth harder than looking after kids with a hangover, no matter what type of high flying job you have.....

                  You KNOW you can do this but I think whats important for you is not to have booze in the house. Maybe you can spread it around yer friends and neighbours that you are going on a major health buzz and giving up al the shite food and the booze etc.

                  If you do have any in the house either give it away quickly of put it down the sink. I know it seems like such a waste to put a bottle down the sink but in fairness, it is a lot better than the way you feel now........I bet you would hand over 20 quid not to feel better??

                  You will be fine, KEEP loging on EVERY day, ring me or text me if you are feeling wobbly, come on here, send pm's, go on chat....anything but open that bottle.

                            it will probaly be in october as i am going to the canaries next month, :-)

                              Mario & Chill..u are lucky ducks..would love to get to Portugal this year but ain't goin happen now.

                              Looking at booking a place for next year now and paying it off bit by bit, that way i can spread the cost and it will give me an incentive to save. At the min its a choice between the Algarve or the West Coast...just one of those holiday parks, keycamp or somewhere that would be fun for the kids..beach and pool necessary!! or if you guys have any ideas on nice places please let me know.
