                          This logging in prob/not seeing posts is doing my head..i have to log out, wait about 10 mins and then log in again to see any new posts plus i have to log in two times as it doesn't accept it the first have sent a message to the administrator, unless its a vrus or somthing on my own machine

                            Have you tried emptying the cache and cookies or using a different browser?

                                Na I am doing a bit of work in the background here.
                                I am far from an expert on computers but sometimes this sorts out problems like yours. They will be in the preferences panel in your browser (the program you use to view the internet)
