They're in for a soggy paddle today as it's about to pour down. Aaaah the good old UK summer.

thanks, this time last year seems so long ago, I still remember waking up the day before with a cigarette burn hole in my mattress and a towel slung over my going heater thinking "Right, this time I am giving up for good"

Its memories like these we need to keep, not to hold on to ever day but to visit once in a while just as a reminder....

How do you feel now? Do you feel strong like you will never go back there?

I hope I never go back, and will be doing my darndest to be AF - if I was really honest with myself I have always had a problem with alcohol, but just got worse and worse until I was dependant on it to get through the day, hell to even start the day. YUCK!!

hello to all army followers.....chilli,jc,stirly,one2,my darling ktab,tips,spudsy,& all others.....
raining gently here which in actual fact is fairly poor as we need shitloads of moisture.
life has been trundling along,every day wake up with a pulse so that's a good thing.
can hardly wait for spring. i hate the cold/wet (not that we are) /windy weather.
been seriously thinking about change in so many ways, but the daunting thing is where to start change? i suppose small steps is good,but I'm such a Taurean. On the other hand,beginning to hate my current situatuin, thus to get better = change.
small probelm : need money.
to get money = work.
work = going back to veterinary which i hated.
argh!~
not many other opps right here right now so really into d & m thinking.
blah! or gack! as tawny says.
but aside from being sad-sack fellow soldiers,i am saying hello!
