I'd be more than a little leery of Xanax since a good friend got her butt kicked quite thoroughly on the stuff. She was mixing it with alcohol - bad scene. I do appreciate your thoughts on this, and welcome to MYO. You sound like an abs man. Hope you join us in the abstainer rooms.
