i must admit its good to be back
i went out mountain biking yesterday errr lets say my hazard perception wasnt exactly brilliant...i had a good time even though it cost me a fortune in plasters and do you know any good cycle repairers

I've taken over the daughters mountain bike, so far I've pumped up the tyres, polished it and ridden it round the garden (the big patch of grass and weeds out the back.) Don't see me up a mountain in the near future.
I can mend a puncture though.

I'm gonna vent here today if I may, my friends 14 year old daughter has been raped, by a 40 year old man ......... I know that thes things happens but having a 13 year old daughter myself it has sickened me a little ..........

It was the father of one of her closest friends, that is the most sickening bit, when I first found out I imagined that she was out somewhere alone, but she was 'safe' at her friends house ......... yes the police have him, he has admitted what he has done and he is safely locked up!!!!

The child mentoring thing I do has a lot of emphasis on watching for signs of abuse and it's usually someone nearer to home that we like to think. Right that's the official speak over.

He should be branded in public while hanging by his balls.
