            Mario, so glad that your appointment went well, :l:l

            Network nice to see you on the Army thread, when I stopped drinking I struggled to sleep and I went to my doc, he gave me a months supply of sleeping tabs which did the trick .......... Good Luck with it xxx

                Yeah I am AF. I still drink heaps of coffee and coke though. I believe it is the caffeine that keeps me awake.

                I will try to count sheep now. LOL.

                  Jeepers its only in Oct and I havent a thing to wear again......

                              Chilli if you are coming on Ryanair you had better wear most of your clothes all together as the baggage allowance is pity full, just ask JC.

                                I quit drinking long time ago. I quit smoking almost 2 weeks ago. I cannot quit coffee now!! I am not that strong!! :upset:, but i feel great. Seriously. I don't care if I don't sleep all night tonight. I feel so good and so proud as well.
