Had a wanky nights sleep last night, had a dreamed that I was given a bag of sawn off body parts and I had to get rid of them.....my father had killed someone and I was trying to protect him, cept he was Lucas from Eastenders......WTF, maybe it's because I was watching a show on serial killers before I went to bed.

I am good just back from hospital,had to get blood test,i have lowish Iron, left the house at 6.45 and walked there & back, home now,chill out time for an hour than back into city,its all go here :-)
