Good Day Folks!
Nothing much happening here, just another chance to fill up on life's bounty.
No running this morning. It's a rest day. My last run was 5000m and I beat my best time by two whole minutes. I really didn't think I'd enjoy running around in tights but I do.
On Monday I was running round the track and I overtook a couple who were walking round and the girl (about 30) said to the guy when she thought I was out of earshot, "Now that's the kind of arse I'm wanting." I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.
I watched the last episode of Spartacus last night. The best thing I've seen for years. Kinda glad I let the TV back in. The second series starts next year. Can't wait.

forgot to say thanks for the info on the channels for Spartacus, but we don't have Sky.

I know Oney, he's even doing a couple of days training quite away from here but coming home for his tea everynight.
