They were a pressie so I will try but I dont fancy their chances judged on past experience. Killed two basil and two parsley plants last week.

Hi & Bye Mario enjoy the game.

Hi Chilli, you having chili plants made me smile for some reason. I love chilis and use them a lot in cooking. As a general rule the smaller the variety of chili the hotter it is.

Hi there Tips, look on the bright side, you are earning.
LJ I dunno how I killed them, I thought once they had sun and water they would be fine, guess I just have a knack for plant executions. I was told by the friend who gave the pepper plants to me two weeks ago that they need replanting .....ok I will do that today and I will finally plant those seeds. Should take all of 15 mins....

Thats true KT, the large peppers are Bell peppers and are sweeter..
the hot chilli peppers are the small ones about roughly 2"..but you can also get guidillas which are long and thin about 4" they mainly come from Mexico

They look like the hot variety, they have thinner pointed leaves, so the should be nice and hot...

Guilty as charged....lazy sod..... I know about chilies after I mistakenly threw a hand full of birds eye chillies into a curry I was making one time on the assumption that they werent very big so not very hot. Oh yeh wrong wrong wrong but I was then determined to eat it anyway. Very bad move. And this is coming from a guy who orders vindaloo.

                              Just a tip...
if you are cooking a spicy dish and it's tooooooooooooooooo spicy hot...add some sugar..
it counter balances the spice...it works..a top chef told me..
                              and it does work..
                              saved many a dinner...!!!!!
