I got lots done, but I wasn't "busy" in the usual sense of the word.
And it really just is nicer to work from home - I sneaked off to the local hardware store to get gas bottle refills and take the cubs past the pet shop - they're now thinking of adding fish to the animal collection as well...
And your day, my dear?I'll do whatever it takes

I thought it might be the menopause but it's got to be more than that. I used to be on mirtazapine (Zispin/Remeron) worked like a dream when I stopped drinking. I've told Dr :h to nail me to the floor before I'll take HRT.It could be worse, I could be filing.

And apologies for my disappearance earlier. We're in the midst of a school test series :upset: I hate being a 5th grader again (and no, I'm not as smart as a real one, according to the cubette)I'll do whatever it takes

Been taking GABA and Black Cohosh Root, but slap me now I keep forgetting. Must get back into a routine.
The remeron didn't half help me sleep tho (the bits in between having me head in the fridge)It could be worse, I could be filing.

Thank dog the depression lifted about 6 weeks after I stopped taking Wellbutrin (the last one I tried). I credit the fact that I made huge progress with the help of my shrink for the improvement - and it has really been lasting, since around mid-April.
These days I just take my maintenance bac (which I'm tapering further as we speak), l-Glut (purely for its general benefits - esp. my sometimes dodgy gut), a good quality multivit and I make sure that I eat three times a day instead of one. That's about it.
Apologies for the subject matter all to come and lurkers :new:I'll do whatever it takes
