I think its going to be pretty tough for a while, Starts - with a few quiet days here and there, thank dog.

My niece, who has lived in the States for the past 15 years, is on holiday in SA, and I'll take a day or two's leave while she's down in Cape Town with her hubbie.

Don't rightly know. It's just a thought, going through all this being skint lark made me start look somewhere cheaper and I found a new build 4 bedroomed flat for nearly half the price this place is.
It actually depends what the gardens are like because of Black Bess.
