dinner sounds nice chill, but i've just had a very large bowl of pea & ham soup with a decent shot of tabasco cos i like it spicy.

Chill, apparently it was step 5 of AA (I'm no expert but is the one where you remember all the bad things you have done and apologise to everyone) well its made him feel really bad and he doesn't want to live anymore .......... so his plan is to drink and drug himself to death .......
