I think I'm in love with all these ideas. Mahatma Ghandi.....never really researched him. I'm in love with his thoughts. And by the way, he brought about Vegetarianism...which I never knew. Ok, light bulb moment for me..maybe not for others here, but Gawd...got to love his thinking????

Oh! I think his close confidents called him Baboo or some such name!

Brite - Ghandi is one of my all time heros! His devotion to solving conflict through non violence was so ground breaking at the time and sadly the world still doesn't seem to have learned that lesson. I keep that dream alive in my heart and one day we will finally "get it".
As he said, "an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind".

That's true he did have a different perception to all the matters, it was like he view the world differently. There are a lot we could learn from such great personalities and even a single leaf drawn out of their lives would make us learn a lot. It is not how much we know about life but it is how we knowingly live it to the fullest.
