Your avatar makes me think of something funny that happened to me last week when I went to the beach. I was going out to my car and saw that someone had dropped a pair of tighty whities like yours right next to my car. NO, I did NOT pick them up!:H:H And they were HUGE! All I could think of was......BURP!mg:disgusting:

Starty-regarding L-Glut and cravings....I took 3,000 mg. of Glut for several weeks and I really didn't feel they helped THAT much with cravings.....it took the edge off of cravings for carbs, not AL. I have been on BAC on and off since the end of June and I take 60 mg. a day now and that has made me feel not only happier but has been miraculous as far as cravings/temptations, etc. I do think that going off the supps suddenly may very well have something to do with your depression because L-Glut did seem to give me more energy, especially when I took in the morning after my 3 cups of coffee.

But I do like my Lglut tho, I think that with the all one keeps me on track nicely.
Good stuff on the Bac, I love the fact that we all have different ways of dealing with this. If we keep on trying, we will find a way
