I think that's a really good idea. It will be a great experience for everyone, and definately food for thought. It will by it's nature, only be a positive experience, i reckon ultimately. Be prepared for some sad stories. But i came away uplifted somehow. You plug directly into humanity really. Oh, and at the end, we all stood, held hands in a circle, and read the serenity prayer together. I hadn't done that before, and that was something special.

Try a Sydney one Bridge, or a large regional town meeting sometime if you've got the time for a drive one day, just as a one off to get a feel for it?

I don't think any of us would have the balls to go alone, plus nobody would now us and its a good way to come together I think...

I can imagine it now......Me, Starty, Limers, Chilly, Ktab, Draggy, Mario all trudging into an AA meeting...classic.

Thanks Sapph. It was remarkably easy. Some nights I have litterally sat here with tears gushing down my face. Laughed meself into dehydration, I did.
