Good Morning........ Good Morning
Ah the power of sleep.I feel remarkable today.
One of the fundamentally best side effects of a wholesome life.
I think I'll always have occasional insomnia, and prolly those bloody rare but devastating anxiety episodes.....but it's exponentially better off the turps.
Have you had post trauma councilling for that leotard experience Sapph ?

I've decided I'm going to be very productive and happy today.

It's a Dynamic Lifter day for me ... hate the smell of the stuff but it seems to do a good job.

Re Dynamic Lifter. I always suspected that it was the best. But back in academia we tested all of the major (and minor) fertilsers on an old green. The old DL was FAR AND AWAY the best......

I use worm compost and blood and bone myself ........

My mother had the most amazing rhubarb plants at her house. Every morning for breakfast she had an egg and a banana, and would chop up the banana skin and egg shells really finely and sprinkle them at the base of the plants. It ws the hugest and most sweet tasting rhubarb ever!!

I'm trying not to post on MWO in the morning until I've been to the gym, had breakfast and done AT LEAST two hours work. Otherwise I fritter my days away ..... :H :H

Betty caught a moth last night. She is very pleased with herself as it was the first (moving) thing she has been able to catch since she became a tri-pod. She now has to make do with shredding newspapers and tissues for fun.

Nah, this little black duck wont be doing no dyamiclifting of the smelly kind...NO BLOODY WAY.....I have as it happens been to me old ma"s place today and lifted, televisions, lounge chairs, cabinets, tables etc. etc. Clean rearranged her place in about an hour....so does that count as joining the LIFTING CLIQUE? if not, then I'm up the creek and oh so sad to be left out......please please let me join

Ah... I am so envious of dynamic lifters.

Stuck in the office today and only can look at the beautiful weather outside.

Looking forward to the weekend as having my country grandkids for the week so no office Yah!

Hopefully it will be beach weather.

They are fascinated with pelicans they don't get them down their way.

Whatever you do today do it from the heart!

Well, there's only one way i'll be able to keep up with you lot. Gardening. I will do some weeding, pot some mint, and contemplate a veggie patch.

Me music is up on a few sites now. Only by getting sober, for me, has this been possible. Maaarvellous.
