Morning all,
Ah, grand. Very windy through the night here.
May all malakas go to heaven.

Morning folk.
We have the wind going on here too....Jeez it's a bit much innit ?
Unhappily, I had my first panic attack in years last night. Guess this why we have to always be vigilant. Woke up feeling exceptional. Had a fabulous day. Pressure built up after dinner. Full blown episode late evening
Anyway, thanks hugely to Mr G and a buttload of Phenergan, I'm back on track.
Might discuss this one with my friendly new GP though....very weird....
Anyway, rock on folk, have a brilliant one. But don't stand under any trees todayIf your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Morning Wonderoos,
Glad to hear all is well in the frog house
Sorry about the rough night Bridget.. I had a wierd one too.. could not sleep for some reason. I'm not sure what constitutes an actual panic attack but as one who is no stranger to high anxiety I feel for you! Must've been an Awful night. Hope your day is cruisy and relaxed:l
Happy Fathers Day Reggie, Aspy, Mr Tipps and any other Daddies we have along for the ride
And I do hope Miss B is doing OK!

:Morning Undi Pundies....Ficks girl you are on fire!!!!!!!! That Bac seems to be doing you the power of good...you are posting like a champion, I am so happy for you (dances round room wildly, Saffy looks on with here she goes again disdain):TF great news that the froghouse has been spared from any more wrath for the momentBridge, re the panic attack...I have had some experience with these bastards myself and found that just before one struck there was always a build up or an aura.....like high excitement (i.e. Reggies mushy comment)....bit of mania...panic...then evening out (slight bi-polar thingy). Folks around me always knew that I was about to erupt cos I'd get hyperactive, talk my head off and feel a hightened sense of well-being. Is this anything that you can relate to? I had to cut out all stimulants..coffee...otc medication etc. sugar and refined foods, and just try to stay more centred and balanced and quite. Anyway I know how you feel Bridge, they are bloody orrible, feel like your gonnna die etc. etc. How are you today? Intense burst of exercise helps me too, I'll be there with me kit soon as you give me the thumbs up! Happy dads day to all today:h Reggie I hope Olive gives you a big slurp right up the side of the face:H Mr. G. I think I have worked out what N.R.N.R. means......but I am far too polite to write it on hereI am a part of the family of humanity. Not one person on this earth is a stranger to me. Rev. Ted Noffs

You've got it in one Sapph....EXACTLY....and there were shades of the bi polar gig in there, which concerned me more than anything, and not for the first time. I used to get panic attacks when I was younger, a bit different in format.
Anyhoo, new day.
HAPPY FATHERS DAY to all of our super special blokes. If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Thanks Beags...feeling much better, and will get a contingency plan together with the doc tomorrow....It tends to come in cycles with me, so I may be in for a bugger of a month. I remembered today that I used to hyperventilate too.....noice.....If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Tawn, I've had some anxious moments about you. You are an independent soul, but when wakes up to a river on the floor that must have been disconcerting.
I've always known you to be a drought dweller, so this may come as a new challenge for you. Good news vs bad news. I would hate to think that anything that damaged your piece of Paradise would be bad.
Hang in my friend.
And yes, the romantic notion of rain on the roof IS DEFINITELY OVER RATED. My home in the NW can attest that.Enlightened by MWO
