This is what i mean, and why i'm thinking of giving sugar away. I don't want that dip, and i want my energy to come from other foods......(thank's Zen x)

:H I was and am very excited for you going on a cleansing diet. I do recall saying something like.....'thank's for the warning' as in, steer clear of the Fickle neighborhood. Could be very 'gassy'. And that's a good thing.

well stevia & indeed xylitol are supposed to give you a more low key, levelled blood glucose level. that is their claim to fame. supposedly suitable for diabetics, & a friend of mine has 2 kids with said diabetes, & has found xylitol to be useful. bear in mind stevia is a "stronger" sweetener as in 2-3 drops equals 1 teaspoon sweetness wise, whilst xylitol is spoon for spoon sweetness wise.
to my mind, well worth a try for individ basis.
i personally am too irregular a personality with shitty eating habits to really be legit but i do think it has lessened my lethargy early arvo... combined with a lower carb lunch.

LMAO! G You can be sure I will not be approaching anything like the cleansing diet without due and careful... considerable consideration :H

But I must agree.. sugar is a demon.. commonly known as the 'white demon' and undermines our health exponentially.

ficks, they process honey with heat, hence "cook" it.
i like unprocesses honey as it candieas easier & has better antimicrobial affects..... also gotta hate imported honey high in nitrates ( but i CRAVE ham sometimes!)

gotta just give up ONE thing atta time for me right now!

Bearing in mind Ms Bridgidos' recent experiences, I've been thinking a lot about the body's triggers and sugar in particular... I too can get manic at times. Not sure about panic attacks.. I've self medicated for ages to deal with anxiety. Habit is that I wake up hungover and wonder what happened... rather than acknowledge that I was having any kind of anxiety. I do notice certain triggers that are obvious.. should've seen coming.. etc
So.. giving up shuga is a blessing everyone should share
