Thank's Fick's. Yep, i've just heard not good things about sugar, even though i don't often eat the refined one, i have the raw, but still...... I also know i'll be getting sugar in other foods at times, but i'm mainly interested in getting sugar out of my 2-4 cup's a cwafee per day, which is teaspoons per cup, so that's a lot of that crap i'm putting into the body.

Just another thing before I fall asleep.. I've been thinking for days about changing my avatar, since that convo with Reggie.. was brushing the hair of my daughter and thinking back to when I was her age and all the things I wanted out of life, thinking what do I want for her, what I wanted when I was her age etc..

Had picked out my new avatar as am now girding my loins for spring.. tough times for us nuns - temptation abounds... then I noticed Beags mentioned something on another thread about a fish and a bicycle.. uncanny! So there i am.. except for..

Yep, Missy, tank's chockers. The Girls have been gorgeous - haven't missed a beat. Amazing how much pleasure the little critters bring me. Oh, and I'm pleased to say their Penthouse remains dry and undamaged.

KT - I'm fine, really, just a bit exhausted. I heard something on the radio yesterday which really put things into perspective. A couple, in their late 60's, lost their home during the big bushfires so they moved across the state and re-built. They were totally flooded. Brand new house, all carpets, plaster etc. completely stuffed. They hadn't even unpacked their stuff which was stored in the now flooded garage.

Compared to that, I've experienced a very minor embuggerance.
