    Underoos and Friends - September

Oh, and I am LOVING waking up to these secret overnight visits from our Northern people.
And if Ms Ronnie pops in, I'll be V happy indeed.

Indi, I really hope your OK. Reports of over 300 aftershocks......:upset:
Definition of helpless this. All this crap challenging weather, and bugger all we can do.

Make yourselves happy today folk. Even if it's in a very small way.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Lunchtime check-in. Still no word from Indi, I see. Hmmm. Fingers crossed.

Bridge - we need pics of Schapelle and Mercedes. And isn't it good that The Heart Foundation have revised their thoughts on eggs. 5 per week are now allowed instead of their previous recommendation of no more than 2. GO CHOOKS! Keep doing them googies.

Made myself happy by eating a vat of Beef Stroganoff with far too much sour cream. For lunch. Now need a nanna nap.

Guess Rags hasn't found an innernet cafe on her African safari yet.

And I suppose Saffy's off to have a PAP test and mammograb. Can't think of anything else that would get her so excited.

Tawn you sycic or wat???????? Bloody pap test and mammobloodygrab.....is precisely what I was up to. Oh the trauma of it all...I need a good lie down...I tell ya if blokes had to have their bits sqaushed up between two metal plates like a rubbish compactor, how who would they like it eh? They'd poor billions of dollars into some fantangled contraption that would take the photo from out space...they wouldnt even have to get up off the fusking couch.......ah the battles of the underclasses. Bridge good news with the new dietary strategies and you are right to go moderate and not eliminate carbohydates completely, as you said think sustainability, and its a good thing that you have some high quality protein laying chookies at your disposal...go girls. I have seen the results of a lot of ladies going low carbo to lose weight..sure the weight falls off quickly...mainly due to initial fluid losses followed by lean muscle breakdown...then they become weak, lethargic and depressed too tired to exercise..defeats the purpose in the long run. Anyway just remembered about my trauma this morning, gunna go lie down and feel sorry for myself

Is it any wonder I'm going bonkers? The Weather Bureau tell me that here in Vic. we've now gone 120 days with temps under 20C. S'pose that's bliss for young Saffy but I NEED some rays.

Hi Lillypond - welcome. Although we're very serious about the booze problems, we come here to talk about other stuff and just let off some steam. Fantastic work on 23 days! Well done.

                                Morning to all the Army!!

I've spent the last hour scanning in baby and toddler photos of my niece whose wedding we are attending in October. She is such a treasure

I woke this morning with the blah mood that has hounded me for the last two weeks gone. About time too.

My message from the Universe today was lovely:

"People who care, are cared for.

And people who love... age slower, run faster, jump higher, eat healthier, tend to live in cottages, are as happy with friends as they are alone, climb more trees, skip when they could walk, kiss when they could talk, take the odd Friday off, experience faster manifestations, and are really popular with animals."
