    No worries mate, I'm alway's thankful for the rabbit's.
    All good here. I must send you some of my musical meandering's sometime. Am enjoying having more time to fiddle around with sound. Have you had a chance to pluck those string's? Recently you were talking about jamming with some old friend's?

        Hey guys and gals I know your still sleeping. It's 3:45am in Singapore. I can't sleep. I'm so jet lagged and Tri lagged. I could go for a singapore sling right now, but will stick to mineral water. Later today, much later I hope, we are going to the Jurong Bird Park. I have ONLY one objective, I'm going to photograph a Malaysian Nightjar. Photos to follow....perhaps a sub species to impress her???

            The Nightjars? Oh. don't you worry. I'm out to impress. BTW, I wore your BIG cranium (your avatar) on the back of my singlet during the bike/run. People thought it was a tri logo. I said it was mine. Below I wrote, "you can do anything & have a magical day" ala Mr. G! People were writing it down!? That made me feel more special than the competition in an odd way!

              Following Reggie's Buddhist post yesterday, I've come across this: "Why be unhappy about something if it can be remedied? And what is the use of being unhappy about something if it cannot be remedied?"

              That's a quote from Shatideva, written in the 8th century. What's taken us so long to grasp this concept?

                  I couldn't agree more.
                  We are allowed                   to pursue something as frivolous as happiness, you know folks.:H Even the Dalai Lama says it's cool. I felt quite freed when I read that in his book.

                          Some spring like blue sky here this morning, but still a bit of cloud about, but, you know, just above the grey skies, there is alway's blue skies, and today, whilst it will alway's rain in my heart while other's suffer, i know where the sun and blue sky is within, and i am grateful that my self centred, boofheaded, egocentric leadguitarist head, can at least see that.

                                Oh G while you wax poetic I think the Malaysians were conspiring in a plan to starve me. I go down to the hotel restaurant. I order eggs, ham w/ whole wheat toast. They said I get home cooked potato's w/that. I said what else can I have. OMG, what a mistake. They bring me mung. I have never been so turned off by an odor before. It is there yogurt. You want to lose weight? Put this dish in the perimeter of the dining table. Awful. I want Tawny's poached!!!
