I've been reading all the storm reports in the news, but quite honestly its just windy here and a blue sky!! We had a bit of thunder and lightening yesterday, but only for about 30 minutes. Think it might be a bit worse in Auckland though.

I've been really sick all week - my cold went to my lungs and I ended up with a really bad lung infection. I'm a bit susceptible to them since I had a bout of pleurisy a few years ago ..... feeling a bit depressed about my overall health at present, and in a negative thinking downwards spiral ...... dreaming of escaping the city and full-time work for a place with a chook house ....

Glad you haven't been clobbered by the bad weather. What I heard on the news sounded pretty serious. Geeesh, you've had a rough trot health-wise lately. I really hope that some warm weather will set you right again. It seems to have been an extraordinarily long winter. Start counting sleeps until your hols. and plan to enjoy all the great stuff that Sydney has to offer.

Reggie - on reading back - try sewing a golf ball in the back of your wife's nightie. It's supposed to work on blokes who snore. Not their nightie, their PJ's ... aw you know what i mean. Just tryin' to be helpful here ...

Up at crack of sparrows today.
Googies laid and eaten. I suspect I am exceding Heart Foundation guidelines. But I can live with it.
Mulching with water crystals will be the activity of the day. And a generous spread of Dynamic Lifter, if the dog hasn't already snuck into the shed and eaten it all.

Good to see you Missy. Unfortunately, I'm hours away from Sydney now. Would have been a hop skip and a jump before. What is going on with NZ lately anyway ? Jeez.

Sorry to hear you're a bit crook Missy. I'm an asthmatic, (thankfully mild and under control these day's) and i know about lung stuff, and clogged breathing and all those chesty shenanigan's. I hope the warmer weather, when it arrives will help.

Dear 'sleepless in Melbourne'. Re getting it on with someone, doesn't that mean one of them.....them......those.....err,....R......R..... ........rel.......relat.......relation............ ....sss........shi.......ship..........thing's? I read it can also include mowing the lawn's, and actually shifting focus from myself once in awhile, to someone else. Geez, that's a big call. I'd need to think about that one........

In other, far less important news, a star is born. Yep, you heard it here first folk's. I've posted one of my song's on 'You tube' for all the world to hear. If you're interested, the song is called 'Startingover again blues' under the name of Guittarista. (with 2 t's). You'll see no expense was spared on the visual's either.
