      I'm OK/Almost not OK but being pro active (and I ain't talking margarine)

      Planning gym, Japanese lessons,meditation and forcing myself to call and meet up with mates..

      I slept most of the day, ate nothing, cried briefly, I don't give a shit about anything..

      OK, I'm not OK... I've got my claws out hanging on to the edge of the Pit with everything I've got to be honest...
