I was thinking of Wavey too after reading his posts last night. I'm never on the same time as him. I thought it is good though that he is taking lots of different steps to get better. Waving to you Wavey :waving: (dont want to talk about you like you're not here in case you are!)
My friend that I had yum cha and a movie with today has an 18 year old who has had severe depression for the last 2 years and she is at the end of her tether. I've been dealing with depression for 20 years, so now have some strategies for coping ...... but I well remember those first years when it felt like there was no way out of the pit.Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

At the same time Reg. my bro who has conquered a ten year battle with the sads..mainly due to taking a liking to writing of Eckhart Tolle, says that when you are down...sit with it...really focus on how it makes you feel physically....try not to wish it away.....accept it......then it like magic you achieve a state change and no more sads...this works for me tooI am a part of the family of humanity.
