Good stuff Saph. I too am out of the abyss at last, looking forward, but living in the now, which is no effort really, as it seems for me, to be a byproduct of living sober. Ya just tend to do thing's and make stuff you want to happen. I am delighted you had a listen. The more af time we get under our belt's, the clearer, more focused, and mesmerising our path, or at least for me, becomes.
Life and all it's possibilities, and our own possibilities are just astounding, and hard to grasp they are so many, so wild, so exciting.

Its as if everything in our world had broken down bit by bit.....the old conventions and structures that once held us prisoner,torn up and replaced by a new appreciation of the world and an honest uncompromising authenticity. There are times when I thank with all of my heart AL for taking me to such suffering that the only way out was either death or resurrection. I am seeing that resurrection in myself...bit by bit day by day......I see life from a much more compassionate position than before my problems with AL, and for that I give it thanks....does that sound weird

Morning all,

Up at frog's fart for some reason, (and ain't i glad i'm a couple a hundred k's away! insert lol) woke about 4, and rested enough it seems. Course, it doesn't help when you've got Judith Durham on the blower since 2.00 a.m. with a couple of sherry's under her belt in one ear, and my friend Snoop dawg in the other, conference style, wanting me to write them a song. Yeah yeah guy's, just let me have breakfast first will youse?!
And what a beautiful time of the day. I should do this more often, however late gig's being that, and loving the early morn's, it's a juggling act at for now. Ah, the stresses i have to deal with these day's!

A safe, sober, and magical day to all, and Bridge, how's your back this morning? Take it easy today won't you...
