      I like the 'no gimmick' approach at Moogoo, i.e. vegemite is obviously used, but isn't mentioned, or bandied about. That cow look's mighty fine......

        No WAY !
        It's going on 9.30 AGAIN.
        Back went supernova today....enough....enough....ENOUGH...said I
        2 1/2 hour wait at the medical centre, but got me some great drugs, and already feeling MUCH better.

        So you lot won't have to listen to me pissing and moaning about this another day. YAY youz all !

              Happy hapy that your back feels a bit better today....just make sure that you dont go racing out and start dragging up half a paddock...Give it may be week or so. Do you have a fitball? Marvellous things they are for sore backs. Another wonderous day in paradise here too although it looks like rain...life iis indeed good

                      I've been using wheat packs (hot) and deep heat....the good ole fashioned stuff DOES work dunnit.

                          Approx. 250 gms. Vegemite, fried up on high heat quickly in a pan, then allow to cool. Mix in 1 x teaspoon avocado. Apply to offending back area. Follow with 250 mls. Dynamic lifter 3 x per day. I keep telling people this, but will they listen?
