Mobbed by some kiddies today at shopping strip gig. Outdoor's, sunny patches, noice. I just kept telling em, 'www.g-bloke/utube.com etc, etc....got it kid? Got it G! Good, now feck off.....

AFL grand final.....debacle! Why not have some extra time in such a draw situation, then first to score wins? Now the poor bugga's (on $100,000 a year) have to come back next week and do it all again. Fiddlestick's!

A glorious day here. Caught up with an old muso mate, who is no stranger to substance abuse himself. We had a grand old chat, and an interesting, enlightening, and heartening chat about our battle's and experiences. Noice. (we have had many such convo's over the year's) It was good for me to talk about my relationship with al, and where i'm going etc......Tomorrow, I will take my work ethic for nailing this sober lark, and my further/ongoing work on my 'resurrection' to the next level. Noice again.

But first.......err, there is a litre of choc soy still in the freezer. What should i do? Seems a waste to throw it down the sink?

had the most back breaking day carting furniture for a friend..seems I am the local pack horse these days......noice to do it all sober and clear headed...bastard of a job otherwise!
