Hallo everyone. I am having a pity party today - but first of all. MB i am so sad that you are not feeling well - I hope that you feel better soon. I am Fed up with a capital F. I am fed up with having a broken foot. Fed up with not being able to ride my bike. Fed up with having a poorly dog. Fed up with having a hurt left leg. But do you all know what I am really really fed up with? I am FED up with not being a happy SUNSHINE and I am fed up with whingeing to all of you because you don't need to hear it and I don't like doing it. Sunny, you have too much on your plate right now. No, those problems are earth-shattering, and trust me, I UNDERSTAND how you're feeling about your healing being so slow. I don't know if this has anything to do with your bones healing, but I KNOW mine was slowed down by the bone loss I'd had from drinking. (BTW, my last test was MUCH improved!). But I couldn't leave the house alone, couldn't even leave the damn couch or go up the stairs to my bedroom for MONTHS, and BOY did I get depressed. And fat! :HYou can't descibe it to someone unless you've been there, as you know. This will pass. I'm older than dirt, so I'm still slow on my legs, unsure about steps, ankle swells, but I'm working on it, and you will too, much faster than me.
If you want to have a vent, it's OK. Some of us don't have any other place to let off steam, or to feel good about ourselves, have real understanding. That's what friends are for, girl. :hug:

OK got to drink or vent I pick vent!!!! TG. Well here it is. my boss's girlfrend thinks I should let a person move into my speck house without paying rent. All she has is a smoking habit, a rat and some expencive forniturecher. and that is it. she will pay $400.00 for utilities that cost me 700.00 amonth with nobody living there and he thinks it will sell the house. Even Greatfull thinks this is a bad idea. I do not know what to do!!!! I want to flip out and I know I can't. This is where life sucks!!!!!! Tony I need your help what should I do???? Sunshine did you check the mail? Vickie I am glad you fell well. MB hope you are doing well. Don't want to miss anyone love you all but got to go to bed have job in the morning. Biz, I've been in the rental business a while. They will sucker you at every chance. This is a tsunami in the making. It's hard to say no, but I'll be glad to do it for you. Really, look at this idiot and say, 'Are you CRAZY?? I can stage it cheaper than that!!' And you can. Anyone who owns a rat would be charged a DOUBLE deposit, IF everything else was perfect, and this AIN'T. Look, do you have the money to replace damages, fumigate, support her? I don't THINK so!! I sure wouldn't. So face up to it, don't hedge, and tell him to move her and rat into HIS place.
I had a call from someone about a rental who I know the history of for generations. Since I wasn't POSSIBLY going to rent to them, I laid down all my conditions, business like, and she changed her tune to, 'Oh, we'll think about it.' Won't hear from them again.
It's tough in this business. And we get tougher, more jaded. But let me assure you, you will regret it if you ever decide to allow it. I can't imagine it in any universe. (I wouldn't even let my adult CHILD do it!! And I love them!)
Oh, and if you think this might affect your relationship with your boss, do it, then see what happens when you hold him responsible for the damages (which WILL happen) or he breaks up with her and you can't get her out. I can see exactly how this all plays out. Think in the long run. And don't be intimidated. This is YOUR livelihood we're talking about.

i have to be honest .. I'm really having a tough time here .. yeah I'm doing everything i can ..to drum up business and all .. but I'm having this lost feeling .. and yes even thinking about just throwing my hands up and just saying fuck .. i look around and i don't want to be where i am ..being in chat and on the site i feel the same lost and I'm trying my best to stay positive .. with having no work and sue feeling sick the dogs the house and uncle.. i feel like i want my world to just end .. ever feel just tire.. but you haven't done anything to be that way.. well that how i feel .. but I'm not looking for pity from anyone .. this will workout ...as i go Thu the motions and you know what really makes me sick is that if i drink... they think they got something over me .. but in fact i didn't do this for them but for only me .. i have always been a caring man .. for everyone but me ..and yes i don't always share my feeling... I'm just having a very hard time dealing with this.. cant sleep good and when i do i only for Little and wake up feeling tired.. so if i don't post as much please don't worry I'm just trying to deal with this .. life's a bitch and then you die and I'm not ready to die .. but trying to live this life on life's terms....

Ok.....I was in bed all day yesterday feeling miserable and feeling sorry for myself....today is a new day and the sun is up and God Loves us and we love each other....so EVERYBODY BETTER CHEER UP....Rog- can you work part time somewhere to occupy your brain and make a little money???? You are going stir crazy...and Panno is right...in this shitty economy who knows.......I have a contractor friend who says they are all praying for hurricanes to hit the state......Roger...wonder if you could work where Earl hits?????Does the Red Cross need contractors???? just a thought. My contractor friend is going to St Thomas for 60 days to renovate a hotel....do you want me to get you the info and see if you could hire on...he told me they need more qualified people......

TGIF sweet friends. Mama-I am so glad you are feeling better..you've had a rough week what with worrying about your baby and then being sick....let's hurry up & get this day over with. Roger, dear, sweet, Roger - I hate to see you like this.....I like MB's idea....I think it might do you good to get away from your surroundings for a bit.....why don't you let her look into going to St. Thomas for a bit??? Seriously, I know you care for everyone around you BUT you have to take care of you first or you won't be able to be there for them....You are like a brother to so many of us (and I never even met you!!). If Biz & I can find work up here would you be willing to drive to PA for a little bit? You could stay with me or Biz....just a thought.

Sunny-sweet Sunny-I know how frustrated you are feeling - not as literally as Ruby does - but i feel for you very much. You need to vent and that's what we are here for...just typing out the words sometimes makes me feel better....I love you and hope you are better today.

Biz - you know how I feel about letting the lady & her rats moving in....BIG MISTAKE!! I think you should point out to you know who that it would be much cheaper to stage the home if they think that having furniture in it is going to sell it faster.........if they want someone in there I'll go stay there some nights and you go the other nights....it will be like a little vacation for me!!!!
