Okay - it is owning up time. I thought I was being good. I stopped the Guinness and was down to one brandy in coffee before bed - in my head - supposedly because I was worried about sleeping at night. but it has carried on. I have no excuse. It has been the only drink I have been having. Hubs just left for work. i am about to start painting the bathroom and I thought "hmm, a drink would be nice" and have made a brandy and coffee. It is already starting to escalate. So, I have to admit that the one that I thought I was being so good about - well, I was just kidding myself. first of all, I thought I would just PM one or two of you, then thought I had to come clean and tell all. I have to be honest - that is what this is all about. SO each day I am going to tell you all if I did or didn't have any. hopefully it will be a resounding NO. There is no reason I should. I can do this. It is just habit. It wasn't a real craving - just a thought that it would be nice. And it is. But I could have got through it. Help me here people.
